Epiphany Service Hour Program
Current Service Hour Opportunities
Why does Epiphany have a service hour program?
Help fulfill the needs of our events and athletics
Build a sense of community
What are my Requirements?
Families with children in grades K-8 are required to participate in this program. The current service hour year is May 1, 2026-April 30, 2027.
Two-parent households are required to volunteer 15 hours. Single parent households are required to volunteer eight hours. Please record ALL of your hours.
If a family does not fulfill their service hour requirement, they will be charged $20 per incomplete hour after April 30, 2027.
To complete service hours while children are present, you must complete Safe Environment Training at https://peoria.cmgconnect.org.
Recording Your Hours
Families can earn service hours by volunteering for school-related functions such as athletic events, classroom parties, school events and receptions, the book fair, and chaperoning field trips. You can also volunteer for parish activities that involve our school families such as scouting organizations, coffee and donuts, fish fries, and sacrament receptions.
Here’s how to record:
Service hours are recorded in your FACTS/RenWeb portal. Start by logging into your portal.
Navigate to “Family,” and then “Family Home.” In the center window, you will see a place to log your hours.
Choose your service type and enter in your hours. Hit submit.
