Grant and Aid Applications

Families that are applying for Grant and Aid from the Diocese and Epiphany Church need to complete these steps to be considered for all the opportunities available. All information is due to the Diocese by April 15. You must apply to the Diocese in order to be eligible for the Epiphany Grant and Aid. Any questions should be directed to the parish office at 452-2585.

  1. Apply to FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment online.

  2. FACTS will send their assessment to the diocese and to our committee for distribution of available funds.

  3. Fill out the application for the diocese and mail it directly to them.

  4. Contact the church office.  You need to have a letter of good standing sent from the school and church.  You will need to be in good standing with the school and the church for the letter to be sent.  This means your attendance and tithing needs to be current and your tuition needs to be up to date with your payment plan.  Contacting the church will get the letter sent from both.  If you do not have the letter sent, you will not be eligible for the diocesan scholarships and in turn our in house grant and aid.

John Lancaster Spalding Scholarship Fund Grants:
