Enrollment Instructions

Instructions for families with an existing student:
1. Log into Family Portal
2. Click on Apply / Enroll on the left and then select Enrollment / Reenrollment.
3. The screen should show a list of your current students (PK-8th grade). If a student is missing, contact Sally Kelly.
4. Click on “Start Enrollment Packet” next to each student’s name.

Instructions for families with a new student:
1. Click on this link: FACTS new account for Epiphany 
2. Click on Create an Account.
3. Create an account, if needed, and then log in.  
4. If you already have an account, click on Application in the upper right hand corner to log in (account created when registering an older child for the first time).
5. Click on the "Create A New Student Application" button.
6. Follow the instructions provided on the first page of the application.
7. Click "Complete Review and Submit Application."
