Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to work at the Epiphany Chess Tournament this Saturday, Jan. 31 between 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. You do not need an understanding of the game of chess. If you are looking to earn some volunteer hours, please email Barb Hunter at with your availability.
Registration for 2015/2016 Current Families K-8
Registration for the upcoming 2015/2016 school year will begin February 1, 2015, for Current Families K-8. Families must be up to date with their Tuition Payment Plan to register using our new online application process.  Please contact Theresa in the Parish Office with questions.   In order to register you will need to be able to access ParentsWeb, through our school data base RenWeb. If you have not created a username and password, please do so prior to Feb.1. This information can be found under the "Parents and Students" tab (and then, "Website Instructions") on the front page of the website. If you encounter a problem please call the office at 452-3268 x 300.
Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship
Fr. Carmody Council #6498 is holding a free throw contest for boys and girls ages 9-14 on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015. The official form must be completed by students as well as a parent/guardian and brought to the Epiphany Lyceum between 12:30 and 1pm. Contest will start at 1pm for the Council contest and winners will participate in the District Contest at 2pm. Council prizes will be awarded to winners in each category and District winners will receive medals and be eligible to attend the KofC Regional Contest. Tuition Payment Due
Any family that uses the 2 Payment Plan for tuition payments had their second payment due January 15, 2015. Please contact the parish office with any questions you have regarding balance of your account. Thank you.

John Lancaster Spalding Scholarship Fund Grants
Tuition assistance scholarship grants from the endowment fund established as a result of the Diocese of Peoria Rooted in Faith Campaign and named in honor of Archbishop Spalding will again be available for the 2015-2016 school year. Click here for more detailed information. All grants are awarded for one year only and anyone seeking to renew a grant must reapply. The deadline date for the completed application is March 15, 2015. Notification of grant awards will be made by mid-April.
